How Does it Work?
The secret weapon of a fire blanket is simple: oxygen deprivation. By smothering the fire with its fire-resistant fabric, it cuts off the oxygen supply, effectively starving the flames and causing them to die out. This makes it ideal for tackling small pan fires, grease fires, and even electrical fires, as long as the source of electricity is switched off first
